Laminated is a webzine/blog covering the indie music scene, which includes genres like hardcore, punk, metal, and a whole lot more. It started off as just a webzine, but in 2006 I decided to turn it into more of a blog so that I could share my opinions on topics.
If you are interested in getting your band/label’s material covered on Laminated, here’s a little info on how things work here:
Everything is reviewed in the order that I received it. No matter how big or small the band is, they will have to wait in line until I get to their record to review it. Also, vinyl is always reviewed sooner than any other media format, so if you have vinyl available, send it my way and it’ll get covered very quickly. And most importantly, do not send me “promo” copies. They won’t get reviewed. You must send me exactly what consumers will receive when they purchase the album.
