Bricks For Shoulders spread their narcissism

Bricks For Shoulders - You Are, Therefore I amSo this band Bricks For Shoulders is a two-piece, which kind of confused me because I thought I was listening to at least a 4-piece hardcore lineup. To be honest, this record just doesn’t do it for me. The band has a message that I think is great, but music-wise they could improve a lot. I’m not sure how they play shows with just two guys, because the songs contain all of the basics (vocals, guitars, bass, drums…). Anyway, the record could have been recorded a little better, and the layout is just horrible on this CD. I’m not sure if you could call this a nice start for the band or not… they’re not absolutely horrible, but I don’t see much progression coming from Bricks For Shoulders. Not anytime soon anyway. I mean, it’s just yelling backed up by a bunch of heavy guitar riffs. Nothing special.
